AgeUK BaNES
Age UK offers a range of services for older people, as well as their families, friends, carers and professionals.  Services include help with benefits, cost of living, preparing to stay in a hospital, and advice on choosing the right care home.

Livewell Service Directory
A comprehensive online tool that provides informaiton for families, including parenting support, Ofsted-registered childcare and activities, and support for adults with care or support needs.

Wellness Service  
Everyone Health delivers the public health wellness service.  The service supports people to address factors that influence their emotional, physical health and wellbeing.

Wellbeing Courses
The Wellbeing Courses is an online portal that helps people connect to activities and courses to encourage people to live as well as possible, to manage their own physical and mental health, and to prevent long-term conditions from developing in the future.  Activities are available for people aged 16 and above who live, work, or are registered with a GP in BaNES.

NHS Fitness Studio
This on-line fitness studio contains a range of instructor-led fitness studio videos covering aerobic exercises, strength and resistance and pilates and yoga. There is also a strength and Flex exercise programme.

You can be referred to a physiotherapist by your GP, self-refer in some areas or find a local private physio at the CSP website.

Virtual Village Hall
A free, online activity hub and community designed by the Royal Voluntary Service to help people stay mentally and physically active, socially connected and have fun. No sign-in or subscription is required.
