AgeUK Wiltshire Fitness and Friendship Clubs
Age UK Wiltshire provides a range of services to help older people stay safe, make informed choices and be independent yet connected and provides a great opportunity for older adults to socialise and stay active.  Each meeting includes gentle exercise to help maintain strength, balance and flexibility.

Wiltshire Strength and Balance Classes  
Falls prevention classes operate weekly across the county for a small fee. These classes include evidence-based exercises designed to help those who have had a fall or are feeling less steady on their feet. It is a mixture of chair-based and standing exercises to improve strength, balance and increase confidence.

Wiltshire Healthy Ageing
The Wiltshire healthy ageing site includes access to online strength and balance exercise videos and the digital Steady Steps booklet with information about local services to support active ageing. 

Wiltshire Health Improvement Hub 
Wiltshire Health Improvement Hub offer free support through health coaches to help: stop smoking, achieve a healthy weight, healthy eating, physical activity and alcohol reduction.

You can find information about Wiltshire leisure centres, membership types and activities. 

NHS Fitness Studio
This on-line fitness studio contains a range of instructor-led fitness studio videos covering aerobic exercises, strength and resistance and pilates and yoga. There is also a strength and Flex exercise programme.

Physiotherapy
You can be referred to a physiotherapist by your GP, self-refer in some areas or find a local private physio at the CSP website.

Virtual Village Hall
A free, online activity hub and community designed by the Royal Voluntary Service to help people stay mentally and physically active, socially connected and have fun. No sign-in or subscription is required.
